This was a gift for my 8 year old niece and she absolutely loved it. It was difficult to get the stuffing in the arms and required help with that part, otherwise she was able to build it herself. It quickly became her favorite gift.

The calico cat is quite cute and is loved by its recipient. It can be overstuffed and is better not quite so full of fluff. Yet it is able to sit up by itself and can be balanced to a standing position with shoes on. It is quite a cute animal and we are quite satisfied with the results.
